Refund Policy

Welcome to StudyAML.com, operated by VYKN LLC (“VYKN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We appreciate your decision to learn with us. This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all purchases made on StudyAML.com, including online courses, bundles, enterprise training, and any related products or services (collectively, the “Products”).

By purchasing Products through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy and the accompanying Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. No Refunds

All sales made on StudyAML.com are final.

We do not offer refunds for any Products purchased through the Platform.

We believe in the quality and educational value of our offerings and are committed to supporting your satisfaction through customer service and technical assistance. If you experience issues accessing your course or encounter errors in your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the matter.

2. Discretionary Course Credits

Although refunds are not available, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occasionally arise. In such cases, at our sole discretion, VYKN may offer a course credit as a courtesy, not as an obligation.

If granted, course credits:

Will equal the amount originally paid for the Product;

May be applied toward the purchase of any course available on StudyAML.com;

Expire one (1) year from the date of issuance;

Are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be converted to any other form of compensation.

The decision to issue a course credit is made on a case-by-case basis and does not set a precedent for future requests or similar situations.

3. Subscription, Enterprise, and Promotional Purchases

If your purchase was made as part of a subscription, enterprise agreement, or promotional bundle, the no-refund policy applies equally unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the applicable agreement or offer terms.

VYKN reserves the right to revoke access to content included in such purchases for legal or policy reasons, without entitlement to refund.

4. Payment Disputes

Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions should be reported to your payment provider immediately. You also agree to notify VYKN at support@studyaml.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

5. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, legal obligations, or services. Updates take effect upon posting to StudyAML.com. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email where possible.

Your continued use of our Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
